Shift(s): Evenings, overnight and weekends
Employment Status: Part-Time / Full -Time
- Starting Pay: $15.90/per hour

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals in our care by promoting community inclusion. Your responsibilities will include assisting individuals with their daily routines, participating in daily or weekly activities, and integrating them into the community.
Depending on individual needs, your support may include:
- Independent living skills
- Health care coordination
- Medication administration
- Encouragement and support for positive personal care practices.
- Empowerment through opportunities to express preferences, make choices, and exercise judgment.
- Provide transportation when needed to appointments, errands, and community events.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Social Security Card or Birth Certificate
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proof of Auto Insurance
- Ability to lift 40 pounds, stoop, push, reach and walk for long periods of time
- Pass federal and state background checks as well as a drug/alcohol screening.

- Benefits: PTO time and mileage reimbursement (Health Reimbursement Account for full time employees)
Reporting to the Residential Program Director/Program Support Coordinator, the Team Lead provides leadership, oversight, and coordination for the residential site. The Team Lead is pivotal in creating a positive working environment for staff and residents while supporting MMI Residential’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values within the team.
Team Leads are responsible for coaching and mentoring team members, providing support and guidance to help them develop their skills and grow within their roles. Team Leads also work to build strong relationships within their teams, promoting collaboration and open communication. They create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
Key responsibilities include:
- Completing and monitoring daily and monthly documentation
- Assisting with assessments
- Coaching, training and coordinating staff
- Ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the house
- Complete all Quality Site Checklists
- Assist in individual budgeting and financial recording
Requirements:
- Must be 18 Years or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Social Security Card or Birth Certificate
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proof of Auto Insurance
- Pass federal and state background checks as well as a drug/alcohol screening.
- One-year experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Essential for clear instructions, effective feedback, and professional interactions with colleagues, residents, and other staff members.
